Our solution was a growth strategy, deeply rooted in comprehensive market and trend analysis. But we didn’t stop at the numbers; we involved the staff through a series of iterative workshops, enabling them to share their perspectives and understand the 'why' and 'how' behind the strategy.
The project commenced with in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, customer behaviour, and emerging trends in the disability and health sector.
We then held a series of iterative workshops with staff to share the learnings and co-create the strategy. This included defining the specific initiatives, inter dependancies and identifying the required capabilities. Along the way we were careful to explore what the blockers might be and involve the staff in working through the potential solutions.
